How should AI training be designed to align seamlessly with real-world professional tasks?
This is the core question driving the LEAD-AI project. As part of our ongoing Erasmus+ initiatives, we are actively working with professionals, businesses, and educators across Europe to co-design future adult learning approaches for Artificial Intelligence. Our goal is to move past generic tech tutorials and build a framework that addresses genuine workplace needs.
To achieve this, we are organizing a series of interactive co-design sessions, and we are seeking insights from the field.
Who we are looking for
We believe that effective training frameworks must be built with the people who will use them, not just for them. We are inviting representatives from our primary target groups to join these sessions:
- Managers: to share organizational expectations, strategic goals, and workforce upskilling demands.
- Educators and Trainers: to provide pedagogical insights into adult learning methodologies and curriculum delivery.
- Professionals and Adult Learners: to voice individual learning preferences, daily operational requirements, and career objectives.
- SMEs and Entrepreneurs: to highlight the unique resource realities, scalability challenges, and agility needs of small-to-medium enterprises.
- Cybersecurity Specialists: to address critical considerations regarding data privacy, risk mitigation, and secure AI implementation.
Objectives of the co-design sessions
These interactive sessions are structured to bridge the gap between technological potential and everyday workplace realities. Together, participants will collaborate to:
- Identify real-world use cases of AI across diverse professional sectors.
- Understand the primary challenges and barriers that organizations and individuals face regarding AI adoption.
- Define relevant skills, optimal learning outcomes, and practical training approaches for modern adult education.
Why Your Participation Matters
The insights, experiences, and feedback collected during these sessions will directly shape the development of the foundational LEAD-AI methodological framework and subsequent training programme for adult education. By participating, you will play a direct role in creating a validated, high-impact EU curriculum that ensures adult education remains robust, ethical, and tailored to the modern workforce.
