The LEAD-AI consortium gathered in Halmstad, Sweden, on 28–29 May 2026 for the project’s second Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by Halmstad University. The meeting brought партнерс to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and further advance the development of the LEAD-AI programme for adult learners and educators.
Over two days of collaborative discussions and working sessions, partners assessed the progress achieved across the project’s work packages and aligned priorities for the coming months. The meeting provided an important opportunity to strengthen cooperation within the consortium and ensure that project activities remain aligned with both project objectives and timeline.
The meeting began with an overview of the project’s current status, including discussions on deliverables, reporting requirements, and project management activities. Special attention was given to the co-design sessions carried out within the project. Partners exchanged experiences and lessons learned from stakeholder engagement activities, discussing how feedback from participants can be integrated into future project developments.
Partners also explored the alignment between the different methodological outputs currently under development, ensuring consistency across the learning framework, assessment approach, and training methodologies.
Consortium members participated in dedicated discussions on Generative AI in education, while Halmstad University partners shared their experience in using AI in the courses. Building on these discussions, partners worked together on the planning of the LEAD-AI learning framework and training content structure. These activities will contribute to the creation of practical and accessible learning resources tailored to the needs of adult learners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and educators.
The second day of the meeting included collaborative planning sessions dedicated to the future LEAD-AI online learning platform. Partners explored key aspects of platform design, user experience, content integration, and learner engagement to ensure that the platform will provide an effective and accessible learning environment for future users.
The Halmstad meeting marked an important milestone in the implementation of the LEAD-AI project. By bringing together expertise from across the partnership, the consortium was able to reinforce its shared vision and coordinate the next steps toward developing high-quality educational resources that support AI literacy across Europe.
